These Terms of Use govern the use of the e-commerce services provided by TKLogic, a company registered in Poland with VAT number PL5862317080 and a registered address at Inżynierska 105A, 81-529 Gdynia, Poland. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

TKLogic operates an e-commerce platform selling products across Poland and Europe. These Terms of Use apply to all purchases made through our website.

2. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes and are expressed in Polish złoty (zł).
  • Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping fees, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any additional services.
  • TKLogic reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times range from 1 to 10 days, depending on product availability.
  • If there are any delays, the customer will be notified accordingly.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

4. Gifts & Promotional Items

  • Physical gifts are available while stocks last. Under no circumstances will an order be shipped without the corresponding gift or a suitable replacement (if indicated).
  • We reserve the right to substitute gift items in case of unavailability with products of equal or greater value.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or guaranteed.
  • If a gift exchange is approved in writing by our Customer Service, the customer will bear all return shipping costs.
  • If an order qualifies for a gift but the initial product is out of stock, an alternative item of equal or superior characteristics will be offered as compensation.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Polish law.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poland, except where legally determined otherwise.

7. Amendments to the Terms

TKLogic reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
